REALPAC is pleased to announce the results of the 2021 Canadian Closed-End Fund Survey. REALPAC designed the survey to obtain important data on the Canadian closed-end fund market. The survey focuses on non-listed closed-end real estate funds in Canada. It provides important data on fund strategy, capital raising, leverage, investors, hurdle rates, IRRs, equity multipliers, elements of fees and separate accounts. A sentiment section has been included to better understand what fund managers are anticipating for the future.
We extend our sincere appreciation to all participating organizations for providing valuable information, which has enabled us to perform a comprehensive examination of Canadian closed-end real estate funds.
