Lender Committee

For Real Estate Lenders

The Lender Committee addresses the needs of the lender community, and provides a forum for them to connect, exchange ideas, consider data and best practice needs, discuss advocacy issues, and more recently, keep abreast of emerging trends such as green bonds and positive impact investing, amongst others.

Participation:

Limited to member companies that operate as lenders (i.e., organisations primarily involved as a lender, loan conduit or accredited servicing agent in respect of commercial loans on the security of Canadian real estate)
2-3 delegates per company
