He has held a number of academic\, governance and advisory roles\, including at Toronto Metropolitan University\, the Canada Green Building Council\, the Toronto Foundation\, GRESB BV and the World Green Building Council. He also serves as one of three business advisors to the federal government’s Sustainable Development Advisory Council. Throughout his career\, Brooks has played a leading role in market and regulatory transformation in Canada\, including advocacy related to REITs\, taxation\, affordable housing\, capital markets and regulatory policy. Prior to joining REALPAC\, he was a partner at Aird & Berlis LLP from 1990 to 2015 and served as the firm’s real estate practice group leader from 2012 to 2014.\nPhilippe Dunsky (President & CEO\, Dunsky Energy + Climate Advisors): Philippe Dunsky brings more than three decades of experience focused on accelerating and scaling the transition to clean\, affordable and reliable energy. He is the Founder and President of Dunsky Energy + Climate Advisors\, where he leads a team of more than 75 professionals supporting clean energy leaders across North America. A trusted adviser to executives and policymakers\, he helps organizations advance decarbonization while remaining focused on economic imperatives. In 2024\, he served as Chair of the Canada Electricity Advisory Council and previously chaired the Québec Government’s Electrification Working Group. He is currently Co-Chair of Efficiency Canada and serves as an advisor to the Clean Economy Fund and Electrifying Canada\, among other positions.\nAnnie Houle (Managing Director\, Real Estate Canada\, La Caisse): As Managing Director\, Real Estate\, Canada\, Annie Houle oversees the strategy and investments of La Caisse’s Canadian real estate portfolio\, including asset management and property value optimization. Previously\, she was Managing Director on La Caisse’s Québec Private Equity team\, where she led investments\, post-investment management and served on several company boards. Before joining La Caisse\, she spent more than 15 years in global banking and capital markets\, including senior roles at HSBC Bank Canada\, where she built the corporate banking team in Montréal. Annie holds a BA in Economics from Université de Montréal and an MSc in International Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics. She is a CPA\, CGA and CFA charterholder\, and serves as President of the Board of The Canadian Club of Montréal.\nHenrik Järleskog (Co-Founder\, Lead with AI): Henrik Järleskog is Co-Founder and Managing Director Europe at Lead with AI\, a globally operating\, people-centric AI transformation partner working with Fortune 500 leaders on the redesign of work. He brings more than two decades of experience in corporate real estate\, facilities management\, workplace strategy and global REFM outsourcing. Previously\, he served as Head of Strategy Europe at Sodexo and held senior roles at EY\, where he led the first European Vested outsourcing deal between Sodexo and Johnson & Johnson. He also chairs prop-tech company Flowpass\, serves on corporate and advisory boards\, and invests in workplace and AI businesses through Earl Fox Ventures. As Editor and Publisher of THE HENRIK\, he writes on AI\, leadership and the future of work.\nÉric Lachance (President & CEO\, Énergir): Éric Lachance is President and Chief Executive Officer of Énergir\, a role he has held since January 2020. He joined the organization in 2017 as Vice-President\, Finance\, and was subsequently appointed Senior Vice-President\, Regulation\, IT\, Logistics and Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Énergir\, he held several positions at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec\, including Regional Director\, Europe at CDPQ Paris\, where he oversaw the management and value creation of the Caisse’s European infrastructure investment portfolio. A committed advocate for the energy transition\, he views energy as a service that must evolve to meet changing needs and support a lower-carbon economy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce\, finance and economics from McGill University and has been a CFA charterholder since 2000.\nAndrew Lutfy (CEO & Chairman of the Board\, Groupe Dynamite | CEO\, Carbonleo): Andrew Lutfy is a results-oriented entrepreneur and leader with experience spanning fashion\, hospitality and real estate. He began his career at age 18 as a stockroom clerk at the first Garage store in Montréal and went on to build Groupe Dynamite into a growing international business\, with expansion in the United States driving significant growth. In 2012\, he founded real estate development and management company CarbonLeo\, whose projects include Four Seasons Montréal Hotel and Residences and ROYALMOUNT. His leadership has been recognized with awards including Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year\, the Canadian Retailer of the Year Award and the Outstanding Achievement Award at the Canadian Arts and Fashion Awards.\nJaime McKenna (President\, Real Estate\, Fengate Real Asset Investments | REALPAC Board Chair): Jaime McKenna is President of Fengate Real Estate\, where she leads the growth and strategy of a $20 billion real estate portfolio across North America. She oversees Fengate’s integrated real estate platform across purpose-built rental\, seniors’ communities\, industrial\, office\, hospitality and mixed-use developments\, leading a team of 95 professionals. Since joining Fengate\, she has helped scale the business through strategic capital deployment\, new growth funds\, partnerships and innovation. With more than two decades of experience in real estate investment and finance\, she previously spent eleven years at Minto\, including as Chief Investment Officer. Jaime holds CPA\, CBV and ICD.D designations and serves on the boards of Trent University and REALPAC.\nBrett Miller (CEO\, Canderel): Brett Miller has 30 years of experience in commercial real estate and managing high-growth businesses across North America and Europe. He began his career with Canderel and rejoined the company in 2019 as CEO\, where he leads its strategic direction\, operations\, third-party services and capital deployment across a diverse North American real estate portfolio. Previously\, Brett was CEO of JLL Canada\, where he expanded the business significantly through organic growth\, acquisitions and new service lines. He also spent more than a decade with CBRE\, including as EVP\, Eastern Canada\, and earlier held entrepreneurial leadership roles in London and Paris. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from McGill University. His community involvement includes the Douglas Hospital Foundation\, the BOMA Canada Advisory Board and leadership of The Défi Canderel.\nLeslie Roberts (City Councillor\, Peter-McGill District\, City of Montréal): Leslie Roberts is a third-generation Montrealer and City Councillor for the Peter-McGill district in the heart of downtown Montréal. He is a member of Mayor Soraya Martinez Ferrada’s Executive Committee\, with responsibilities related to the development of the downtown core\, universities and higher education\, and Montréal’s English-speaking community. Before entering municipal politics\, Roberts built a long career in journalism and broadcasting\, working as a journalist\, news anchor and radio talk show host in Montréal\, Toronto\, New York and Ottawa. His career has given him a wide-ranging perspective on media\, public affairs and the communities and issues shaping major Canadian cities.\nJean Trudel (President & CEO\, Innergex): Jean Trudel has worked at Innergex since 2002\, and assumed the CEO role in 2026. He served as CFO from 2022 to 2026\, overseeing treasury\, finance\, investor relations\, accounting\, information technology and operations. Earlier\, as Chief Investment and Development Officer\, he led mergers and acquisitions\, capital structure optimization and project development across Innergex’s markets\, playing a key role in shaping the company’s financial and development strategy. Prior to joining Innergex\, Trudel worked at Sun Life of Canada in project financing and with Scotiabank’s corporate banking group.
